Password at startup

Hi,

I have just installed Windows Live Mail as my mail client to manage my
hotmail accounts on my desktop. I have found that I don't need to sign in or
enter a password when I start up Windows Live Mail. Is there a way I can set
a password, or sign in requirement at start up so that anyone using my PC
can't just start it up and see my mail?

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks!

Re: Password at startup

Not in WLM, but you can set a password on your Vista login account.
If others use your computer, create a separate login account for them, so
they don't use yours.

Re: Password at startup

Hi Mark,
When signing in, did you select "remember password"? I was using my hotmail
account to sign in with and I did not have to enter a password.
I switched my sign in ID over to an Office Live Business account then I had
to sign in every time because I do not want a cookie with that
password on it.
Just a thought,
Kevin

Re: Password at startup

Hey Kevin, did you have your problem solved? I installed WLM today and the
first thing I noticed was this sign in issue.
