Vista - Windows Live Mail-No message in body of email when sending email m

when i type out an email and click on send...the content the body of the
email is completly missing. the subject line shows up, and to and from, but
the body is empty... what is causing this and how can it be fixed? thanks in
advance for any help on this subject!!!

How are you viewing the message..by viewing the sent message in the 'Sent Items' folder for the respective email account.

Does it occur on replying to an email ?

Is the account a pop3 or http ?

Is your AV programs email scanning disabled(incoming and outgoing) ?

no, i'm not viewing in the 'sent items' folder

this happens when i reply to an email (i can type and see it - but when i
send it...it's blank.) also tried forwarding an email from my hotmail acct -
it is also blank when received

not sure if its pop3 or http - does this make a difference?

i think this all started at the same time that msn starting asking me for a
passport id. could this have anything to do with my problem?

messages they received were blank or empty
My hotmail has resloved itself but my friend continues to have this problem
with his hotmail account.He can send original messages but anytime he
replies- the message is blank.He has XP -I have Vista

If this question concerns features of WLMail
it could imply that the user is viewing messages
with Read option: Read all messages in plain text
checked when the message being viewed does not
have a plain text component, only an HTML component.

In that case you could try using the keyboard shortcut
to temporarily disable that feature: Alt-Shift-H
or press Ctrl-F3 and view the entire source of the
message.
