| Newbie Rep Power: 5  |  New sky customer cannot access email using windows mail Have recently changed over from BT to sky for broadband etc but cannot send or receive emails using windows mail. At one time could receive them but not for 3 or so weeks. Nobody at sky seems to be able to help. Login rejects my user name and password, both ok using sky webpage. Sky says it's a fault with windows. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Matt |
