Bug check: Scrolling gets stuck on inline images

Here's a possible bug: When a new message window contains text and an inline
image of a height greater than the window, the page up key gets stuck in the
image.

Here's how to observe it:

1) Start a new email.
2) Enter enough lines of text to fill the vertical extent of the window
(even just blank lines will do, ie., 'Enter').
3) Insert->Inline an image. Resize it so that it's vertical size is larger
than the window. (To resize an image, just click on it and then pull on the
green sizing handles.)
4) Enter a few more lines below the image.
5) Hit page up until you are scrolled to the stop of the window.
6) Hit page down until you are scrolled to the bottom of the window.
7) Now try to scroll up to the top by pressing page up repeatedly -- does
the scrolling get stuck within the image?
8) Instead of page up, use the up-arrow -- it doesn't get stuck.

Anyone else seeing this?

It's a small bug (assuming others can reproduce it), but fixing such things
gives Microsoft a better reputation.

I can indeed reproduce this bug.
