Re: What's the point of feeds?

Feeds are "cool". They need to get people to use feeds so they can justify
the high development expense. Feeds are a little bit like the $600 tax
rebate that all U.S. taxpayers are getting in May, on top of half our postal
codes already having been blacklisted by the mortgage industry. Feeds are
like Vista. Feeds are like the Iraq war, "Free Tibet" and "Free Soviet
Jewry". Feeds are like the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland.

There once was a Kiwi named Pete,
Who didn't understand about feeds.
He collected old cameras,
Fish and arabicas,
"Are these really the things that I need?"

Saludos cordiales,

Re: What's the point of feeds?

Try Tools > Manage feeds and select a feed (with an orange icon including a
fan-like symbol), then click Edit. Check "Show articles as web page, instead
of a summary". Is that what you're looking for?

Re: What's the point of feeds?

But why bother going to their site if there isn't a story you are interested
in at the moment? Feeds let you quickly see new articles, items, etc and
make that decision. I love them myself.

You can also choose to display the full article if you want for most of
them.
