Minimize on startup

How can I run WLM on startup and it go completely minimize to system tray?
My company's comp use Outlook 2003 and all I need to do is place a shortcut
in Startup folder with State
Property set to "Minimized" but when I do it in WLM it still in the taskbar
and not gone.

Anybody know how to do so?

Re: Minimize on startup

Contact the person in charge of the computers at your company and ask them to create a startup shortcut to another email client(you
or hopefully they installed) on your machine and name the shortcut as you suggested 'State Property'
- surely they would be happy to cooperate!; please do let us know the results.
