unable to send mail or reply using hotmail accounts...

When I try to send outgoing mail I get an error box that reads: "This
message has not completed downloading. It cannot be saved until download is
complete." Searching the Microsoft boards I've not been able to find any
other users with this issue, and a Google search for the error's text
produces 0 matches. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Is this when you are using Windows Live Mail? Or when you are using the
web-based interface in IE or a third-party browser?

Since you posted your question using the web interface, I can't tell what
application you are using. ;>(

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...e.mail.desktop

That will fire up WLM and bring you right back here, but using WLM's
newsreader interface, rather than the web.

Hiya, i'm using Windows Live Mail when i get the error. If i use the
web-based system then everything works just fine. But I'd prefer to be using
Live Mail because i have multiple accounts and it's a pain logging between
them frequently.

Hi, Cryptarius.

Thanks for clarifying that. I'll back off now and let the Hotmail gurus
handle this. I've never used Hotmail.
