Backup WLM Account Data

Kindly help me in backing up my WLM account data which I can restore in
future.
I am using Live Hotmail & gmail IMAP.

To backup WLM Messages
File/Export/Messages (note: an blank folder is required, create in advance or create during the process, ***do not*** export to the
Desktop)
- all messages and folders will be exported to the blank folder(do not use this folder for any other storage. If the process is
repeated later, the folder must again be blank)

To Backup email and news accounts
Tools/Accounts/<select and account>/Export
- recommend using a different folder with subfolders for Mail and News
- exporting an account will create an individual *.iaf file for each account.

To Backup contacts:
Tools/Contacts/File/Export/Comma Separate Values
- recommend using a different folder
- Contacts will be saved in an *.csv file
