Hi, BlueBean.
UNcheck "Hide read messages". But that won't work in Quick views | Unread
e-mail.
So...look in the location where that message really is.
Quick views | Unread e-mail shows the unread mail - until we read it - no
matter which Inbox it is really in. And it keeps showing that message until
we leave Unread e-mail - to read newsgroups, for instance. When we return
to Unread e-mail after reading the news, that email message is no longer
unread, so it is no longer in Unread e-mail. But it is still in the proper
Inbox.
So look in the Inbox for the Mail Account that received that message. It
should still be there, but now it will be marked Read, so it won't be
highlighted and you may have to find it by subject or sender or search.
