Sending email to a Group

How can I send email to a Group without each member receiving all Group
members email addresses?

Re: Sending email to a Group

Put them in the BCC field.
This BCC will show up when:
- New mail message
- Click on menu bar "View | All headers"

Re: Sending email to a Group

I followed your solution but when I select "Send", I get a dialog box
appearing stating that there are to many contacts (55 off) in the group and
consequently will not allow me to send the email!!!

Additionally, can one merge the group contacts with an email?

Regards

Re: Sending email to a Group

Your email provider has probably set a limit on how many addresses
you can send email to at once. If so, it's probably hard to get them
to raise the limit.

You may need to split up the group into more than one group and
send separate messages to each of these new groups.

Re: Sending email to a Group

I just opened a Google Gmail account and presto, I was able to send my full
group.

All the best

Your email service provider has a limit on recipients. You need to get your
list below that number.

Mail merge is not a native feature of Windows Live Mail.
