Re: All news

Newsgroup messages remain on the server..
One can mark all messages as read, then refresh to not view read messages ?

The WLM option to delete(Tools\Options\Maintenance\Cleaning Up Messages) deletes them from your machine store.

If your All News counter is not functioning, then the Quick Views may be corrupt. If so, a registry fix will resolve the
corruption.
Delete the SearchFolderVersion entry(found in the left hand pane, Name field) in the following registry key
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail\

Re: All news

Thanks for this post Winston. I had a nagging problem with the All News
showing 63 unread posts, when there were, in fact, no unread posts. This
registry fixed solved the problem....:-)
