Live Mail Sugesstions - Part 2

Filing assistant

Agent would look at where mail user files mail items to to build a ruleset
for itself that results is it determining where it would file a particular
mail item.

Before mail is filed, the agent's suggested folder would show in a column
in the list of unfiled mail, user can override by dragging to another folder
or request via toolbar button that selected item(s) be filed in the suggested
folders. If item is dragged to a different folder that will feed into the
agents ruleset.

Rules probably based on sender, subject, CC's day of week, time of day -
perhaps content or perhaps even attachments, their existence not their
content.

No I am not asking for a workflow system, I know where they are filed, -
just a filing assistant.

Maybe there is an add-on that does this, haven't discovered Live add-ons
yet. are there such things

This can be implemented as plugin to the Office Outlook ($$)

Dont have Office anything on my system, not Word, not Excel, not
Powerpoint - nothing, nix. I've given Outlook Express the flick along
with Thunderbird and an old version of Eudora that was hiding in a
corner.

So guru's whats involved in transforming an Office Outlook plugin into
a WLM plugin. Is WLM pronounced william or wilhelm?

When I think Office and add-ons I think VB.
