| | Get rid of "Add an e-mail account button"? Is there some way to get rid of the "Add an e-mail account" button in the folder pane? It is not the sort of thing one does every day and it takes up screen real estate better used for other things. |

This is not something one would do often and it is a waste of space on the toolbar.
