Get rid of "Add an e-mail account button"?

Is there some way to get rid of the "Add an e-mail account" button in the
folder pane? It is not the sort of thing one does every day and it takes up
screen real estate better used for other things.

Re: Get rid of "Add an e-mail account button"?

And while on the subject, is there a way to get rid of the "Change color
scheme" toolbar button? This is not something one would do often and it is
a waste of space on the toolbar.

Re: Get rid of "Add an e-mail account button"?

Answering to both questions at this time is no.
Fyi..the color scheme hot button item while residing on the Toolbar is not part of the ToolBar options, similar to the Show Menu
and Help items.
