| Guest | Live Mail won't start I installed Live Mail on my profile (Administrator) and it worked ok. However it won't work on my wife's profile at all. I get an error box "Windows Live Mail could no be started. It may not be installed correctly. Make sure that your disk is not full or that you are not out of memory. (0x80041161)" and followed by "Windows Live Mail could not be restarted because msmail.dll could not be initialized. Windows Live Mail may not be installed correctly." I installed as administrator works ok in Administrator profile but not in user profile. I have plenty HDisk space and memory Win XP SP2. I hope this is not like the IE7 bug that I can't work round and have moved to Firefox. |

| Guest | RE: Live Mail won't start This same thing has been happening to me. It comes as a result of WLMail not closing down properly/fully. As a result, you probably have stray "WLMail.exe" process(es) in listed in your processes tab of the TaskManager. If you manually kill those, then try to restart, it should start fine.
