Outlook Express won't use HTTP anymore? What about Outlook 2003, 2

I will happily switch to Outlook as my email client to read Hotmail before I
use the new mail client that Microsoft is purporting is so much better than
Outlook Express. I've tried it and I HATE IT.

But I have not seen anything about whether the phase out of DAV will mean
that HTTP mail can or can't be read in Outlook as of June 30th.

Has anyone seen any blurbs on this directly from Microsoft?

Everyone needs to know!

You will be able to use Outlook with Hotmail if you use the latest version
of Outlook Connector.

I use Outlook 2003. Where do I find the latest version of "Outlook Connector"?
I've never hear of it. Is it a patch to Outlook 2003 and 2007?

If you had taken the trouble to read the replies to your own posts, you
would have read all about using Outlook to access Hotmail and also about the
Outlook Connector. I sometimes wonder why I bother.

I bet Hotmail is going to lose a lot of users to GMAIL! I think I'll
switch. I hate Live mail too!
