message not deleted from reading pane

I noticed way back in Dec of last year someone else wrote about this problem
and the answer was that it probably would be fixed in the next version. Well,
I just downloaded the lastest version, (2008 Build 12.0.1606) and I have this
same problem. After deleting or moving a message in the mail pane the Message
reading pane does not clear. My old OE6 cleared the pane. Is still a problem
or have do I have to set something to elimate this problem?

The Reading pane does not update.
There is nothing to change.

The current version was released in November of last year, so no new
build has been released. It is a known bug that the last message in a
folder remains visible in the reading pane even after deleting it.
