one time, let you alter what attribution line that YOU added in your
reply but that died after service pack 2 for Windows XP along with other
functions in OEQF.
Like OE, WLM doesn't let you specify what attribution line you will use
in your replies. OEQF was abandoned 5 years ago. No one took it up to
update it. The choice is to suffer with Microsoft's old and new
NNTP-enabled offerings or use something else for newsgroups.
