Ah, I've just sorted this out myself. I had the default email
program/client in wrongly as Outlook. (I thought I'd changed this the other
day, but perhaps I hadn't). So I changed this as follows:
Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options/Programs/ changed email to WLM.
It works fine now.
