Vista - Newsgroup message counts not displayed

New message and bold titles are not occurring when there are new messages within groups. I have the check messages radio button set and recreating the accounts has no effect. Any ideas?

You might try the fix for broken Quick views to see if that helps.

The Quick views will break in the current version of WLMail (12.0.1606) if any folder is deleted (in an Account or under Storage folders), if a Feed is deleted, or if one un-subscribes to a Newsgroup.

To repair the broken Quick views, delete the registry Value "SearchFolderVersion" under the registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail. This will cause WLMail to rebuild its Quick view data store when it is next started.
