Can't Change EML extension to open with OE

After installing WLM, anytime I click on a .EML extension, it opens in WLM.

I am unable to change it back to open with OE successfully. If I do change
it, when I click on the eml, nothing happens.

OE is my default client.

The file association for EML files requires a parameter. If you leave
it off, OE just opens or comes to the front if already open.
