Keep getting prompt to enable option to send Microsoft information

So how many times do I have to say no before the following prompt no
longer appears?

Windows Live Mail
Help improve Windows Live Mail
Help make Windows Live Mail even better ... blah blah blah

No, I am NOT going to help Microsoft update their monthly good/bad
wordlist update to provide outdated records of spamming trend signatures
that are out of date. Yeah, nagware, something I really want ... not.
