Messages in one email account stay in outbox

I just setup windowsLive because i had a message stuck in outlook. None of
the fixes in communities would fix it and i couldnt get new mail out either.

The old mail from one email account was saved, but not the other. That same
account that lost all of the old mail ,now holds mail in the outbox. I get
a message to check my server settings, but every thing appears identical to
the other account which works.

Which one of the Windows Live programs are you using? The one we discuss
here is Windows Live Mail (not even the only WLM).

Do you get an error message when you try to send?
If so, post the complete error message here.
