| | reply from account received... is there a setting? I have several email accounts and in outlook when I hit reply to any email it automatically fills the from field with the address the email was originally sent to... With this 'new and improved' version the replies automatically select my default email address as the sender. Is there a setting to change this behaviour? |

| | Re: reply from account received... is there a setting? The account it chooses to send from (until you change it) depends on where you are in the interface. If you're replying to a message that you're viewing in an account folder, then it will select that address to reply from. If you're in newsgroup view, it will use the default account. In Storage folders or Quick views, it will choose the account the message was received on, unless it can't find it, in which case it will use the default account. This program is in no way a "new and improved" version of Outlook. Outlook is an expensive application geared to business use. WLMail is a free, "all things to all men" e-mail, news and RSS application primarily for private use, like Outlook Express is. -- Noel "geo guy in la" <geo guy in la@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:BC4BEAC9-124D-48CD-900F-35EC221E39B3@xxxxxx Quote: > I have several email accounts and in outlook when I hit reply to > any email it > automatically fills the from field with the address the email was > originally > sent to... > > With this 'new and improved' version the replies automatically > select my > default email address as the sender. > > Is there a setting to change this behaviour? |
