Splash screen

I remember removing the opening splash screen in Outlook Express but cannot
remember how I did it. It involved adding the term "nosplash" somewhere in
the registry. I am switching to Live Mail as my default email client would
like to remove the opening splash screen. Can someone tell me how to do
this?

TIA

Re: Splash screen

You probably used one of these methods in OE

None work in WLM.

Hi Ju.C,

It does for Windows Mail, but not for Windows Live Mail. This tutorial will show you how to do it from within Vista yourself instead of installing some 3rd party program to do it in Windows Mail.

Re: Splash screen

Tried all the stuff on Google. Nothing works.

Tried the Brink manual suggestion and don't have a "continue" button for UAC
prompt in XP SP-3. Went ahead anyway and like the Google stuff, no joy for
WLM.
