Manually launch "Compact Database" ?

Does anyone know the command to launch "Compact Database" manually, like
from the Run box with WLM off. It can be done, but I'm having trouble
finding it. If I find it I'll post when I do. Thanks.

I've not seen that command line sequence..Please post when found.
