Hi,
I just installed Live.mail to replace Outlook Express 6 and everything intalled just fine for the first account. Nothing was installed for the second account on my computer. I tried to import messages by directing it to the storage file for the second account but I am told that there is nothing there or it is in use and nothing is open. How can I get the messages and contacts for the second account? millger |

Did you try the File, Identities in WLM? There is an identity import
wizard there. Is WLM on the same PC that you were running OE on? You can run into the import problems if you try to import from a CD/DVD, files marked as read only (as can happen when copied from a CD/DVD to the hard disk), from a network drive or if the folders.dbx file is missing or corrupted. -- Mike - http://pages.prodigy.net/michael_santovec/techhelp.htm "millger" <millger@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:A0282436-EE91-4314-A092-5D6F1AE7F8FE@xxxxxx

I had the same issue with my Vista Laptop but not on XP. To solve the
problem with the laptop, first I had to import to Windows Mail. Then I imported from windows mail to Vista. -- Eileen Bertie www.140copper.net www.140copper.net/dog.htm "millger" <millger@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:A0282436-EE91-4314-A092-5D6F1AE7F8FE@xxxxxx
