Anti Spam verification

I am having a problem with sending e-mails. Every time I go to write a new
e-mail the anti spam picture/character box pops up. This wouldn't be a
problem, but it's popping up without the continue button. It only displays
the characters, the response line, the audio button, and the new character
button. No continue button anywhere. I've contacted windows live support, and
they refer me here. I use this account for primarily business e-mails, and
I've been unable to send anything since yesterday. Does anybody know how to
fix this?

Re: Anti Spam verification

Which firewall, anti-virus, anti-spyware or security suite is installed?
There are some that cause problems which don’t always appear immediately.

Re: Anti Spam verification

This sounds like interference from a third party anti-spam program,
rather than anything in plain vanilla Windows Mail.
Try it with that anti-spam program uninstalled.

Re: Anti Spam verification

Hi Pam,

Do you have a ticket number from the Windows Live Support representative who
indicated you should come here? There is a probationary status for all new
accounts. Please let me know if you are still encountering this issue.

Thx.
