RSS feeds not updating

Hi

My newsfeeds don't seem to be updating in Windows Live Mail. The last date
that they did update is 9th May. I have right clicked on "Your Feeds" and
tried to update them manually, but they didn't update!

Any ideas why?

Close WLM, remove the feed in IE(if IE7). Close IE. Open WLM, remove the feeds if not sync'd.
Open IE and resubscribe.
