Troubles after installing LiveMail

Hi,

I've installed LiveMail in WindowsXP and, at first sight, I see two
problems:

1. LiveMail doesn't run when I try to open it.

2. In OutlookExpress, all mail accounts are blocked to read messages.

What does happen when you try to start Windows Live Mail? Do you gat any error messages?

Outlook Express should work as normal even with Windows Live Mail installed. You will have to explain what you mean by "accounts are blocked to read messages".

1) Are you getting any error message?

Look at the short cut that you use to start the WLM. Right lick and
look at Properties. The target should say:
"C:\Program Files\Windows Live\Mail\wlmail.exe"
If you aren't getting any error message, is it perhaps set to Run:
Minimized?

2) I don't know what you mean by "all mail accounts are blocked to read
messages"
