Very slow when connecting to receive new message

Hello,

I have a problem when connecting to receive new messages from Windows Live Hotmail by using Windows Live Mail client. It's use a long time always connect at the first step and doesn't response anything. I have setting a synchronization to header only because I don't want to download the completed message and to speed up when receiving new message. since the header is appear, when I double click to open the message it's use a long time than usual and give me an error message

I have try to stop send&receive and then press it again but unfortunately the problem is still it's always try to connect to receive new mail from Hotmail (my hotmail ID). I don't know why WLM is very slow. It's different from access the inbox via IE or Firefox. By using web browser I can browse my inbox, download message very quick.

I use the latest version of WLM and download it yesterday by using WLInstaller. I have using wizard to setup my account in WLM, anyway can this problem solve by tweaking an account by setup it in a manual way?
