Vista - Photo publishing error

I am getting "Photo Publishing Error" when trying to send a photo email. It
says it was unable to upload the photos to the server and offers to send the
email with just the thumbnails. Is there a problem with the server? I was
able to send photo emails before with no problems.

I tried sending this photo email five times. I saved it as a draft, closed
the program and tried to send it again. It continued to fail. I created a
new email with only one picture and it sent with no error. I recreated the
original email and sent it with no problems. Perhaps there was a temporary
problem with the server.

If you received a notification of unable to load to the server, then later did not when sent successfully(original with multiple
photos), I'd tend to agree the server had a temporary problem.
