| Guest | NEED HELP WINDOWS LIVE ERROR Have not been able to sync mail for a few days now. The error code is as follows. Has anyone been having the same problem, or know a solution? Windows Live Mail could not download the requested message. To send and receive messages in your Hotmail account, go to http://hotmail.live.com on the Web, or try again later. To get help from Windows Live Customer Support, go to http://support.live.com and click Windows Live Mail in the list of services. | Guest | Re: NEED HELP WINDOWS LIVE ERROR Have you gone to the Hotmail page, http://hotmail.live.com, to see if there is anything amiss with your account? That would be the first indicated step. Then have you gone to the support page? It is possible that the message is giving Hotmail download some problems. You may want to look at it online and possibly delete it if there is nothing of interest in it. That may possibly clear up your sync problem. Cheers, Earle "Shaukat M. Alvi" <Shaukat M. | Guest | RE: NEED HELP WINDOWS LIVE ERROR I have been having this problem on my laptop, but not my desktop. Yesterday the problem seemed to magically fix itself, as I was able to sync my inbox and read all messages. But then today it's back to having errors. I have been back and forth with customer care, and they requested a log file from me. Which I sent. They then advised that I delete the offending message and try again. Except that even when I delete the message it says it's having trouble with, it just picks a new one to have trouble with. I have yet to find out what the actual cause of this trouble is. "Shaukat M.
