BACK and FORWARD not working (solved)

Couldn't use the BACK or FORWARD buttons on 5 button mouse
in Windows Live Mail using Windows Vista Home Basic.

The solution is assignment of
Ctrl+Shift+, (Ctrl+<) for BACK, and
Ctrl+Shift+. (Ctrl+>) for FORWARD
The keyboard shortcut can be used with or without the Shift., but not for mouse.
This is a little embarrassing because I had solved that once before, some applications
used to say Ctrl+< when they mean an unshifted Ctrl+, (comma).

The following do not work for mouse or even as keyboard shortcuts
B ACK and FORWARD on mouse
Alt+left and Alt+right
Ctrl+left and Ctrl+right as found in HELP (left & right arrows).
