Vista - problem sending email

I am having a problem with sending email from my POP email account using
live mail desktop. The strange thing is it is only to one address (a yahoo
address). Everyone else is receiving their email from me even others with a
yahoo address. I checked and my address is not blocked on their account. If
I send it the email from the web mail software on my server they receive it.
It seems to just be a problem with live mail and windows mail which I have
also tried now. Does anyone have any ideas?

First of all, if your email program still has "desktop" as part of its
name, you are using an obsolete version of Windows Live Mail.

Do you get an error message or bounce notice when sending to
that one Yahoo recipient? You do realize that if WLM and WM both
work for you when sending to any other recipient, then it is not the
fault of your email program.

The recipient's mail server tends to do blocking based partly on the
IP address of the sending mail server. When sending via webmail,
the sending IP is different.
