Signatures in WLM

Is there a future change forthcoming that will allow us to create signatures
as in most other mail programs? i.e. Signatures with graphics intermixed
without using HTML tricks. Like Outlook, Outlook Express, Incredimail, etc.

Graphics requires HTML, but perhaps those other programs generate the
HTML for you.

Re: Signatures in WLM

OE certainly does require HTML.

The poster may be referring to that in OE you can start a new message to
compose your signature, then go to the Source tab and copy/paste the
generated HTML into the signature dialog.

With WLM it's a little more work, since there is no Source tab. You
need to do a File, Save As to an EML file and then open the EML file in
Notepad. You may also then need to fix the IMG SRC= reference back to
the file name.

Re: Signatures in WLM

Forget I mentioned OE. I just want to create a signature without having to
jump through hoops, I just want to copy and paste my graphic picture into
my signature and then save as a signature. You know, the old fashioned way.

Re: Signatures in WLM

Like this ?

"Here's a sig with an
http link instead of an email"

Note: The htm file and graphic are stored in the same folder. WLM signature options are set to use this signature, message format is set to Html.

Incredimail is the most useless email client ever invented.

HTML signatures are lost on recipients whose email client don't render HTML;
and there are more than a few.

There are only a handful of email clients which allow creation of HTML
signatures without HTML "tricks". I believe that you just listed them all.
