| | auto-responder feature? I'm trying to setup Windows Live Mail to auto-respond to incoming mail while away on vacation. Is it possible? If so, how? |

| | Re: auto-responder feature? There is no specific feature in WLM to do so, although you could write a message rule that would accomplish the intent. It is not recommended because you would have to leave your PC on 24/7 while you are away (a possible fire hazard), and any power failure could upset the scheme. Chances are, your ISP or mail provider has that feature available through your online webmail settings, which is a much better way to do it. -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (Mail) "debenhoh" <debenhoh@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:ADCA66F4-EE5C-466D-AEFC-9ECDC3C03101@xxxxxx Quote: > I'm trying to setup Windows Live Mail to auto-respond to incoming mail while > away on vacation.
