| | Folders for storing old SENT files .. how to set up? I used OE for 10 years and saved all business SENT files as a form of record keeping, and had them in four different identities, over the years. Security is not and issue and organizing records was the purpose. I know WLM doesn't use identities, so what's the best way to set up folders to preserve these old SENT files? |

| | Re: Folders for storing old SENT files .. how to set up? No need to set anything up. When you install WLM, it will automatically import the emails from separate OE identities, and place them in separate folders under Storage folders. It should preserve whatever folder structure OE had. -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (Mail) "Rob1960" <Rob1960@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:E8B61C17-A5AA-4866-9B04-394CA184BBEC@xxxxxx Quote: >I used OE for 10 years and saved all business SENT files as a form of record > keeping, and had them in four different identities, over the years. I didn't see the OP disclose that information in this thread. -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (Mail) "Ron Sommer" <rsommer@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:Oxr2W9h3IHA.784@xxxxxx Quote: > In another post, Rob1960 wrote 'My new system is Vista', so the Message > Store will have to be moved and then imported. > -- > Ronald Sommer > > "Gary VanderMolen" <Gary@xxxxxx> wrote in message > news:eLvW4Eg3IHA.3544@xxxxxx Quote: >> No need to set anything up. >> When you install WLM, it will automatically import the emails from >> separate OE identities, and place them in separate folders under Storage >> folders.
