Vista - Tiscali mail

I can't seem to receive emails from Tiscali in my live mail and there's no
Tiscali in the import menus only Outlook etc.

The Import function is for messages you have already downloaded to
your computer in another program like Outlook or Outlook Express.
You have to set up an e-mail account (use the 'Add an e-mail
account' wizard at the bottom of the Folder pane on the left). The
instructions at http://tinyurl.com/68t7r5 apply as regards settings,
but the wizard should apply the correct ones. The screenshots are a
bit different. If you have already set up the account, check the
settings again to make sure there are no spelling mistakes etc.
