Email Body/text doesn't print

Could someone let me know how I could get WLM to print the whole of an email
and not just the headings (From, To, Subject). Invariably, when I try
printing a message nothing appears below the email headings, no text at all.

By "Invariably" do you mean that sometimes it prints, but often not?

Are the messages that don't print HTML format?

If you select Tools, Options, Read, Read All Messages in Plain text do
the problem messages print?

What version of Windows are you using and what printer?

You might also try the printer preferences and select Gray scale
printing and see if that makes a difference.
