options in hotmail

In my new Windows Live Hotmail,I can't find the 'Options' to click.Is it
hidden.

Do not confuse "Windows Live Hotmail", the web mail service which can be
accessed using a web browser with "Windows Live Mail", the desktop email
client which can access "Windows Live Hotmail" accounts using the
"DeltaSync" protocol. The service and the client are two separate "things".

In Windows Live Mail, there are some buttons at the right of the tool bar;
all the way to the right from the buttons labeled, "New", "Reply", and so
on. Between a "Paintbrush" icon and the "Help" icon; looks like a screen.
Click on it, and you will get a drop-down menu. The last option, "Show all
menus", will stick with a check mark, when selected. This will reveal the
hidden menus. Or you can press the "Alt" key on your keyboard for a one-shot
view of the menus.
