Safe/Blocked Senders List not sync'ed with Hotmail Account

I recently re-installed WLM and noticed that my Safe Sender's List was not
imported into WLM from my Hotmail Account. Is there a way to reset this list
or to manually import the safe senders? Where is this list located on my
machine?

The lists of blocked and safe senders should eventually synchronize
with Hotmail if you sign in with the Live ID associated with your
Hotmail account. It may not all happen the first time. The lists are
stored in the registry, where there may be several copies of them
because WLMail has a common list for all accounts, but each
(Hotmail) account has its own.
