| Newbie | Live Mail errors while typing a new email, or a reply. Well, here goes. I can be replying to an email and without input from me my screen will move from the bottom up. Where I am typing goes up, off the screen. Sometimes a little icon with my cursor in it will appear. I cannot capture it on the screen with PrtSc. I do have some PrtSc shots of my screen moving up. I can also be typing a new email and my screen just goes beserk. Sometimes the screen will move up on its own (This screen just moved up like I had moved it down with with my right side bar!!) I'm using a notebook with a Microsoft Wireless mouse. This is driving me nuts ... Any help? Thanks ... BJ ![]() |

| Guest | Re: Live Mail errors while typing a new email, or a reply. Try using a wired mouse or the laptop's touchpad. If that eliminates the problem, something is wrong with the wireless mouse. -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (Mail) "hustler1" <guest@xxxxxx-email.com> wrote in message news:f0023360bafc49f8f1be09ffd529aff1@xxxxxx-gateway.com...

| Newbie | Re: Live Mail errors while typing a new email, or a reply. HI Ron ... and Gary ... I changed my battery just now and I will see if that makes a difference. And I will try my touchpad to see if that makes a difference. I'll unplug my USB connection to see if that helps also. Thanks for the tips guys ... I appreciate your ideas!! BJ |

| Newbie | Re: Live Mail errors while typing a new email, or a reply. Hi Gary ... There does appear to be some difference when I disconnet my Wireless mouse. I'm going to keep trying to reply on my emails by using the pad on my notebook and see if that makes my problem go away. Thanks for your suggestions ... BJ |

| Guest | Re: Live Mail errors while typing a new email, or a reply. If the non-wireless methods work, then the wireless mouse is at fault (or its driver). Be sure to try it with fresh batteries. -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (Mail) "hustler1" <guest@xxxxxx-email.com> wrote in message news:38b3aa659290b4d83d5657ec243258e6@xxxxxx-gateway.com...

| Newbie | Re: Live Mail errors while typing a new email, or a reply. Hi Gary ... I just gave this sucker a good test without the wireless mouse. I have the same problems using the mouse pad ... screen running up and down, cursor moving to different spots on the screen, etc. It seems to me I the same problems, with or without the wireless mouse. RATS! BJ Brown |
