Junk Mail Folder

I noticed that my junk mail folder had a red circle with a slash through it.
I think this means something is blocked. How in the world do I remove this?

I have three Hotmail / MSN accounts. In Windows Live Mail, all the
three junk mail folders are prefixed with a "red circle with a slash
through it". The junk mail folders have the same symbol, if I view them
via the Windows Live Hotmail (webmail) interface. I could be wrong, but
this symbol is probably the icon, that Microsoft Hotmail has uses for
all junk mail folders. Other folders (such as the inbox) have different
descriptive icons.

For the junk mail folder, the contents are visible and I can open
individual messages. There are no features to suggest that something
has been "blocked".
