Exporting Contacts

I am attempting to copy my contacts in WLM, and import them to WM. But I
have encountered the following problems:

1. WLM only gives me the option to Export either Messages or Accounts, not
Contacts.

2. WM gives me the option to Import Contacts, but when I click on this
option , a new box opens with no dialogue, a red X, and an OK button.

Regards,

As far as exporting contacts in WLM, are you clicking on the contacts button
first, before clicking on file and export?
It should then give you an option to export in csv or vcf file?

Hi Don,

Thank you! I had not figured out to export with the Contacts page open.
Doh!

Please let me know if you have any thoughts on problem 2?

Re: Exporting Contacts

Problem 2 is better handled in the Windows Mail newsgroup.

Re: Exporting Contacts

Hello again Don,

Thanks for pointing me to the right door.

Gary finally concluded that my Outlook 2000 interferes with the WM contacts.
He provided me with a good workaround. All is now well.
