WLM - some emails (even from contacts) ending up in Storage Folder

Some of my WLM emails (even from my contacts list) end up in "Storage
folders" in the "Deleted items" folder. I kept thinking they were items I had
previously deleted, but when I started looking, I saw all new emails that I
had never seen!

What the heck is causing this?

Thanks for any help...................

I am loving WLM in general, btw.

What kind of mail account are they from? If POP3, check your Message
Rules. You could have a rule deleting the messages.

As for the Junk filters, they would check your Safe Sender's list, not
contacts (unless you've enabled that option). Look in Tools, Safety
Options.

Do you have any message rules that redirect incoming emails to that location?

Thanks for reply. I have no message rules at all. I cleaned out the folder
and will check carefully to see what the circumstances are on the next email
that ends up there.

thanks
