For the past 2 days I have been trying to sing-up for WLM online and I keep
getting the following error message:

Error code: 100 : 0x800482d4

Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Are you trying to sign up a new Windows Live Hotmail account from with
Windows Live Mail, the desktop application?
