| | Re: Windows Live Mail Won't Open Completely Remove WLM. Reinstall all Windows Updates(none have been for WLM). If WLM was installed, the Msi file is on your machine. No need to download again. I don't use a cleaning program, thus can't offer any advice..imo most are snake oil.
