Live Mail Customisation

Hi,

I've just installed Live Mail for the first time, I heard you can use multiple email accounts including GMail and Hotmail, which worked perfect, and I like it.

My issue is - at the moment, I have a Gmail account, one Hotmail, an ISP one and an old ISP one. Which makes for a lot of clutter.

I was wondering if there's any way I can merge some of the folders, so for example I have one universal recycle bin, or one universal sent items folder. I notice this is already done with the Outbox, so I can't see why it isn't possible with the rest, but I just cannot see the option to do so.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Re: Live Mail Customisation

not sure if it's possible to do in livemail but I know that googlemail can collect mail from other accounts which can then be downloaded to your local mail program.

I have a similar situation and find it useful am running six mail accounts into one gmail imap account in Thunderbird

Re: Live Mail Customisation

View, Layout, Folder pane, check Show Quick views.
Right click on Quick views, select Quick views, check All sent items.
Deleted items is not an option for Quick views.

Re: Live Mail Customisation

As Ron indicated, the closest you can come to that layout
is to use the 'Quick view' folders, which means you can
keep the other account folders collapsed to one line each.
