MS has limited my account.i can't recevie email

and someone have the problem like me. he said:

Errors are the result of the client having exhausted the maximum number of
synch relationships it can establish with the server. There is a maximum of
50 synch relationships in a 30-day period a client can create with the
server. In most cases, this is more than enough relationships. However,
there is a bug with Outlook Connector where OLC doesn't write a
synchronization key to the local store, so when it tries to synchronize
again, it tries to create another synch key/relationships. When it hits 50,
you will be locked out for 30 days. For now, there is no workaround other
than to wait 30 days for the synch relationships to be deleted. In the short
term, OLC will try to clean up its code to avoid this situation.

i go to supprot.live.com but they could't help me ..so i come here for help!

Re: User has maxed out their sync relationship quota

Unless you are responding to an old thread or thread jumping...you inclusion
of the op's text did not mention use of Msn Premium or Msn Explorer or
Windows Live Mail only the Outlook Connector.

Reinstalling anything msn would not seem to be applicable if MSn is not in
use.
