receiving pictures from my cell phone to my hotmail account

I used to be able to send a picture from my cell phone to my hotmail account
and then save to my pictures but am not able to do that now. I have recently
reformatted my computer due to a nasty bit of spyware and thought that once i
got everything re-installed, i would be back up to snuff but this is a
problem that i keep having. is there a solution?

The best solution is to actually use Windows Live Mesh
    (http://www.mesh.com).
There you can send pictures directly from your phone and they will
automatically sync up with any/all PCs that you have hooked up to Mesh.

How secured is "Mesh"? Considering the price, what recourse would a user
have in the face of a security compromise? It looks like I'd be giving
access to the "Mesh" system to allow remote operation of my computers. From
across the Internet. Hey! I wired my premises so I wouldn't have to trust my
LAN shares to a wireless medium.

Rather than suggest the op switch to Live Mesh(a tech preview) even though it may fill the op's need, it might also be appropriate
to ask the op to provide a few more tidbits of information surrounding why it worked prior to a format and not so later.

I.e. without further information, it would be fair to assume that something might have changed in the setup. Hotmail configuration
is pretty cut and dry..nothing significant in quite some time since it became Windows Live Hotmail.
